Estate Sale Services

The following is a list of estate sale services we provide to our clients.  If you have a specific need not listed below, please contact us.

  • Provide all material, tables, lighting, jewelry boxes, and staff for set-up of sale.
  • Stage house accordingly for optimum visibility of the all sale items.
  • Clean & prep items.
  • Research items of value & tag & price all items.
  • Determine if some items would be better sold at auction or ebay or to specialized dealers.
  • Advertise the sale on web sites, newspapers, media, & email lists.
  • Post attractive signs along main highways, at house, in neighborhood & beyond directing people to the sale.
  • Accept cash, check, credit card, paypal, on day of sale. Make sure all checks clear.
  • Collect NYS Sales Tax.
  • Prepare Final Report, together with providing copies of all sales slips.
  • Final clean-out of house and arrange for donations of unsold items.
